Biodigesters are hermetic containers where animal manure and water are mixed for producing biogas, which is a fuel gas used for cooking, heating and as fuel in electrical generators using biogas, in an anaerobic fermentation process, without oxygen presence.   

They also generate biol, a liquid fertilizer that elevates the farming productivity and biosol which is a mud used as ground ameliorative.

PREFABRICATED TUBULAR MODEL

  • Model developed for small rural units, ready to be installed.
  • This Biodigester is pre-manufactured in our plant that has state-of-the-art technology, we use PVC geomembranes formulated for biodigesters and the sealing is done by high frequency (HF), the entire process is controlled by our Quality Assurance department.
  • We deliver the Biodigesters with installation and maintenance diagrams. It is airtight and has covers at both ends where pipes are installed, one for loading, one for biol output and another for purging or outputting solids that settle, preventing the biodigester from becoming clogged over time and reducing its useful volume. .

LAGUNA COVER MODEL

  • Developed for the medium and large intensive agricultural industry.
  • They are large volume biodigesters, where the anaerobic digestion of all the organic residues of a farm or barn and its slurry is carried out, turning them into renewable energy and organic fertilizer.
  • It avoids the environmental contamination that is produced by large volumes of waste, converting it into biogas, renewable natural energy to produce electricity in the same place, and purines into a potential natural fertilizer industry with biostimulant properties for the growth of agricultural crops.
